Eccl is a web made of barbed tape reinforced with high-carbon wire with a diameter of 2.5 mm with diamond-shaped cells assembled in the tops of the rhombuses by welding overlapping ACL threads. The size of a diamond-shaped cell is 300 mm high, 150 mm wide, or 150 mm and 75 mm, respectively. The following materials are used in the production of PCL: galvanized tape with a thickness of 0.45 mm (GOST 14918-84), high-carbon galvanized wire with a diameter of 2.5 mm (GOST 7372-79), the distance between the spikes is 30 mm, the width of the spikes is 15 mm.
